This athletic 47-year-old woman came to the office unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having saline implants placed in Miami 20 years ago. She had a significant capsular contracture (scar capsule formation around the implants) on both sides. A revision breast augmentation was performed by Dr. Hall, and shaped silicone implants were used to replace her round saline implants.
