This 29 year old underwent a sub muscular augmentation with 800cc saline implants to avoid needing a breast lift with her first surgery (with another surgeon). She is obviously too large, and desired improvement. She underwent a revision breast augmentation and lift, with a much more proportional appearance. She is shown 1 year after her revision.
