As Trillium Plastic Surgery has grown, Amanda has taken on a broader role overseeing the business's strategic direction, from marketing to operations to long-term planning. Her focus has shifted from hands-on patient care to the bigger picture, ensuring Trillium continues to thrive and evolve while holding true to the same standard of excellence patients experience in every visit.
Amanda is also a board-certified physician assistant with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She started her career as a PA on the neuro-trauma surgery service at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX – the busiest level-one trauma center in the country. She loved the excitement of trauma care, but her passion centered on skincare and anti-aging therapies. Amanda soon transitioned into dermatology, working in a Houston dermatology practice until she and her husband, Dr. Jason Hall, relocated to Knoxville, where together they opened Trillium Plastic Surgery in 2015. That clinical foundation, paired with her eye for detail and belief in the art of aging gracefully and naturally with scientifically proven treatments, continues to shape the standards she holds Trillium to today.
Amanda is a graduate of Texas A&M (Whoop!), lives for Tex-Mex, & was a synchronized swimmer (way back in the day ). She enjoys working out and red wine (not necessarily together) and loves spending time on the lake & at the beach with her husband, their two daughters, and their cute, but not-so friendly miniature golden-doodle.
Born and raised in a small town in Virginia, Tara picked up her signature southern accent and a lifelong passion for nurturing others there, but Knoxville has always truly felt like home. She comes to Trillium with a strong background in real estate, a field she credits with sharpening her exceptional people skills and welcoming nature.
As Front Office Manager, Tara oversees the day-to-day operations of the front office, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently so patients' expectations aren't just met, but exceeded. She also lends her support on the surgical coordination side, helping guide patients through their surgical journey. Tara believes in a culture of working hard and having fun, and she brings that same balance when leading the team. Her undeniable passion for helping and nurturing others shines through the moment you meet her, and that same dedication drives her commitment to serving patients and the team every single day.
Outside of work, Tara loves spending time with her husband, their three children, and their two "fur babies," Luna and Sam. She's a passionate supporter of Tennessee football (Go Vols!), though it's best to make sure she's had her morning brew before talking sports; Tara lives by her personal motto to her husband: "Don't talk to me until I've had my coffee!”
Liz was born and raised in Grinnell, Iowa, but Knoxville has always felt like home. She was one of Trillium's original employees when the practice first opened, before taking a few years off to raise her family; a proud mom of two amazing daughters. Liz holds a degree in health science and has a deep passion for helping others, which shows in the support and encouragement she offers every patient she works with.
As Surgical Coordinator, Liz helps guide patients through their surgical journey, bringing the same warmth and dedication she's known for to every interaction. Her upbeat personality and caring nature make her a joy to be around, whether she's offering advice or simply lending an ear, and she thrives on helping people become the best versions of themselves, both physically and emotionally.
Outside of work, Liz recently got married and enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. Known for her love of fitness and determination, she has run 11 marathons, including the Boston Marathon four times! She's also involved in her church, where she focuses on guiding young adults through life's decisions.

After spending nine years in banking, she made the exciting leap into the world of plastic surgery and has quickly become an essential part of the Trillium team, bringing a warm, welcoming energy with her.
As Aesthetic Coordinator, Stephanie helps guide patients through the non-surgical side of the practice, checking in and scheduling those pursuing injectables, laser treatments, and more. She takes pride in making sure every patient feels informed and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a daily gym-goer (though she never turns down a good beer!). A former collegiate athlete, she has completed three marathons, three bodybuilding competitions, and one powerlifting competition. She's also a true adventurer at heart, always up for hiking, biking, scuba diving, sky diving, traveling, concerts, karaoke, or trying "weird" foods wherever she goes. And if there's a costume contest nearby, watch out; she's taken first place several times, including two separate Dolly Parton dress-up contests!
