43 year old woman had a previous breast augmentation (under the muscle) that was complicated by an implant infection that caused her to lose her implants. She underwent a revision breast augmentation with shaped silicone implants through a periareolar incision. Her pectoralis muscle, which was cut during her previous surgery, was repaired during the revision surgery.
